Valley Hotel

Located a few short miles from downtown Birmingham, the Valley Hotel is situated in the heart of Homewood, Alabama. The Valley Hotel is equipped with a terrace bar, coffee shop and bistro, a restaurant and multiple ball rooms. With 129 rooms and interiors and offerings that complement its surrounding community, the new accommodations fit nicely into the quaint, growing neighborhood. The Valley Hotel was designed as a destination with nods to the community: art by local artists and an on-site restaurant that celebrates Birmingham’s history and food culture.

Comfort Systems USA Mid South, Inc. was chosen from a select bidder’s list to perform the HVAC and Plumbing scope of work. CSUSA installed chilled water fan coil units with electric heat for all hotel rooms with two air cooled chillers and two OA units located on the roof. Common area systems include chilled water fan coil units with electric heat, DX mini split systems. The hotel includes 445 tons of cooling. Our painted exposed spiral ductwork is on display in the restaurant. CSUSA furnished and installed a functional plumbing system from the ground up for all hotel rooms and three (3) fire pits. We provided plumbing rough ins for the restaurant as well as the terrace bar.
